This site is deliberately light on data. We collect only what you give us on the waitlist, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email address, the country you selected, and — if you provide it — your store URL. We record the time of signup and of your email confirmation.
If you use the contact form: your email address, your message, and — if you provide it — your name. We store this to answer you and keep no more than you send.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through double opt-in: we email you a confirmation link, and only add you to our list once you click it. You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Cookies
We set one strictly-necessary, first-party cookie (kel_s) that lasts only for your
browsing session and is deleted when you close your browser. It holds a random token, contains no
personal data, is never shared, and is not used for advertising — so no consent banner is
required. We use no third-party or tracking cookies.
Where your data lives / processors
- Cloudflare — hosting and our database (Cloudflare D1), configured in the EU (Western Europe) region. Static pages are served from Cloudflare's global edge network.
- Brevo (Sendinblue, France) — our email service provider, which stores your subscriber record and sends the confirmation and update emails from within the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; after that we remove it within 30 days. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are purged after 90 days.
International transfers
Kelstad is run by its owner in India. Your data is stored on EU-based infrastructure (see processors above); when we access it to operate the waitlist, that is a transfer outside the EU. It takes place on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, object to its processing, receive a copy for portability, and unsubscribe at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing already carried out. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Kelstad operates as a sole proprietorship established outside the EU; where required, an EU representative will be designated. This notice will be updated as the business evolves.
